SHIPMENTS; RISK OF LOSS
When Customer places an order, the order will be shipped to an address designated by Customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to Customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. MyRaceNumber LLC retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges

RETURN POLICY

All sales made through the My Race Number Web site are subject to My Race Number’s return policy.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call My Race Number at 888-722-3676 or email us at sales@myracenumber.com to request your RMA prior to shipping any merchandise back to My Race Number. My Race Number will not accept any returned merchandise without a RMA number.

All Personalized & Custom Products 

Due to the fact that our products are custom made for our customers, they can not be resold if returned. Therefore, once we have started processing an order the sale is final and we will not be able to make a return or exchange. If you want to cancel or change an order, you must contact us immediately.

If we have not started processing your order, we will gladly cancel your order and refund your money or change it as requested at our discretion. For any custom or personalized product colors do not always match each other and colors do not always match the approved artwork. We do not guarantee that colors of jerseys match similar colors for butt patches. For jersey lettering there is the potential for “bleed through” of the jersey color into the letters and numbers. We do not accept returns for bleed through issues as this is an effect we can not control. Logos and other designs on jerseys may be covered up by lettering, this is something that MyRaceNumber can not control and we do not accept returns for any issues related to covering up logos.

My Race Number stands behind the quality of its products. If there is a manufacturer defect, simply contact us and we will fix or replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
If we make a mistake we will correct it and send you a replacement or refund your money at our discretion. Should a mistake arise, simply contact us within 30days.
For any issues or concerns with an order, please include your order number and a description of the issue or concern and we will do everything we can to come to an acceptable solution.
If you make a mistake we can not return or exchange your product.
My Race Number reserves the right to change this policy at any time, with or without notice. My Race Number also reserves the right to deny any claim for change, return, refund, exchange, warranty claim, cancellation or any other claim not stated here at our discretion.
All Other Items

My Race Number (MRN) will replace any product that is defective or was shipped in error at no cost to the customer.
To return an item you must contact us within 30 days from the date your package arrives.

My Race Number is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier.

Any product that qualifies for a Return:

Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Please do not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container. For each item returned for refund instead of exchange, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed. There is no restocking fee for an exchange.
The Manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings.
Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
Electrical, ignition, discontinued, are not returnable. Videos and DVD’s must be unopened and in original packaging.
Special order items can be exchanged (including OEM), but if returned for a refund then a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded and Exchanged. Exchanges on manufacturers defects are acceptable.
If you return any item from a combo/package deal for a refund, the items being kept from the combo/package deal will revert to regular pricing and customer will receive refund of the remainder after pricing has been recalculated to reflect original pricing. My Race Number will not accept exchanges for items that are clearance or discontinued.
Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Instructions for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below to return the item.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Call 888-722-3676 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.
Returns
All returns must be in new condition and include all original manufacturers packaging.
Returns must be received by My Race Number within 30 days of the RMA issue date.
My Race Number, Inc. is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package through the carrier. Always insure your return package for the full retail value of the item and obtain a tracking number from your chosen shipper.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
Exchanges – There are two exchange methods available at My Race Number:
Standard exchange
My Race Number will send the replacement item(s) upon successful receipt of the original item(s).

Cross-ship.
For the fastest service, My Race Number, Inc. can cross-ship orders that were purchased with a credit card.

My Race Number will temporarily charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement item(s).

When My Race Number receives the item(s) being cross-shipped, the additional charges will be refunded.

If you do not wish to temporarily charge your credit card for the cross-shipped items, the standard exchange method will used.

Refunds
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
Return Shipping Methods
Please return all items via ground shipping.
Please note that third-party shippers, such as UPS Store, FedEx Kinko’s, Mailbox Etc., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs. My Race Number, Inc. does not reimburse these charges.
Please do not return any items via COD; our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In cases where My Race Number has shipped an incorrect item, My Race Number will reimburse the cost of ground shipping.
Please enclose the receipt in the return package.

ORDER LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order. My Race Number may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. My Race Number also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same My Race Number Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. My Race Number reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

A Day refers to a business day, meaning Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

A “Business Day” refers to a day of the week meaning Monday through Friday and excludes holidays.

  • 1 year canopy and soft case warranty – Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at MyRaceNumber’s discretion.

  • lifetime hardware warranty – Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at MyRaceNumber’s discretion

NOTE – Tent is not designed to be a permanent structure and is not designed to withstand high gusts of wind.  Tent must be properly secured (MyRaceNumber is not responsible for any methods of securing, we only provide suggestions and are not guaranteed to work)  at all times and is not designed to be left unattended for extended periods of time.  Tent must be taken down during long periods of rain because permanent damage may occur to both the frame and roof.  Any damage due to high winds, rain or being left unattended will not be covered under warranty.
