Returns & Refund Policy
MyRaceNumber® (MyRaceNumber LLC)
1. GENERAL POLICY
All sales made through the MyRaceNumber website are subject to this Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS (FINAL SALE)
Custom and personalized products are made to order and cannot be resold.
Custom products include, but are not limited to:
- Items with names, numbers, logos, or artwork
- Custom jerseys, shirts, hoodies, and apparel
- Jersey lettering
- Custom tents, banners, flags, table covers, and accessories
- Any product modified or produced specifically for a customer
❗ Final Sale Policy
- All custom and personalized products are final sale once production has begun.
- Custom products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect or an error made by MyRaceNumber.
3. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
- If production has not yet started, MyRaceNumber may approve a cancellation or change at its sole discretion.
- Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or exchanged.
4. COLOR, MATERIAL & DESIGN DISCLAIMERS
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Colors may vary due to fabric, materials, printing methods, lighting, and screen displays.
- Exact color matching between different materials or products is not guaranteed.
- Jersey lettering may experience bleed-through depending on fabric and dye characteristics. This is a known limitation and not considered a defect.
- Lettering or graphics may cover existing logos, seams, or design elements.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Color variation
- Bleed-through
- Design overlap
- Customer-approved artwork issues
5. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & OUR ERRORS
MyRaceNumber stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
If:
- A product has a verified manufacturing defect, or
- An error was made by MyRaceNumber
We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.
Reporting Issues
- Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- The order number and a description of the issue are required
- Photos may be requested to evaluate the claim
6. CUSTOMER ERRORS (NOT ELIGIBLE)
Errors caused by customer-provided information are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes:
- Misspellings
- Incorrect names or numbers
- Incorrect sizes
- Incorrect colors
- Incorrect artwork approval
7. RETURNS FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY
Certain non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for return.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- Return must be authorized with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Items must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to refunds.
No restocking fee applies to approved exchanges.
8. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
9. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
- Returned items should be insured for full value.
- MyRaceNumber is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- COD returns will not be accepted.
10. REFUNDS
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by MyRaceNumber.
11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
MyRaceNumber LLC reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
