MyRaceNumber® (MyRaceNumber LLC)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the MyRaceNumber website, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this website or purchase our products.

2. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF WEBSITE

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

MyRaceNumber offers both custom-made and non-custom products, including apparel, jersey lettering, tents, and related accessories.

Certain products are custom or personalized and are produced specifically based on customer selections, artwork, names, numbers, colors, or other specifications.

4. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & FINAL SALE TERMS

Custom / Personalized Products

Custom products include, but are not limited to:

  • Items with names, numbers, logos, or artwork
  • Custom jerseys, shirts, hoodies, and apparel
  • Jersey lettering
  • Custom tents, banners, flags, table covers, and accessories

All custom and personalized products are final sale once production has begun.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Custom products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started
  • Custom products are not eligible for refunds except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or errors made by MyRaceNumber

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

All orders are subject to acceptance by MyRaceNumber. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing or product errors
  • Inventory limitations
  • Dealer or resale activity

If an order is canceled after payment but before production, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Modify prices at any time
  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment of any order.

7. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is tendered to the carrier.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. ARTWORK, DESIGNS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customer-Provided Content

You represent that you own or have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, names, numbers, or designs submitted to MyRaceNumber.

You grant MyRaceNumber a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of producing your order.

MyRaceNumber is not responsible for trademark, copyright, or intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted content.

10. COLOR, MATERIAL & PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

You acknowledge that:

  • Colors may vary due to fabric, materials, printing methods, lighting, and screen displays
  • Exact color matching across different materials is not guaranteed
  • Certain effects (including bleed-through or design overlap) may occur and are not considered defects

11. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRaceNumber disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MyRaceNumber shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRaceNumber LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Customer-provided artwork or content
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of the website or products

14. FORCE MAJEURE

MyRaceNumber shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, carrier delays, or governmental actions.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

MyRaceNumber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of purchase govern the transaction.
