MyRaceNumber® (MyRaceNumber LLC)

1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed on the MyRaceNumber website are subject to product availability and this Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Custom & Personalized Products

Most MyRaceNumber products are custom made to order.

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for production before shipment unless otherwise stated.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Rush requests are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

Orders may be shipped using one or more of the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Carrier selection and shipping method are determined by MyRaceNumber unless otherwise specified.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

  • We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • Transit times vary based on carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.
  • Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines for international orders are not guaranteed due to customs processing and carrier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges.

MyRaceNumber is not responsible for delays, holds, or fees imposed by customs authorities.

6. RISK OF LOSS & TITLE

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

  • Title to and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is tendered to the carrier.
  • MyRaceNumber is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS & CARRIER ISSUES

MyRaceNumber is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing
  • Labor disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of carrier delays.

8. INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
  • Orders may be reshipped only after address confirmation and payment of reshipping fees.

9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on production schedules and item availability. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

10. TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement.

11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

MyRaceNumber LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
